สาเหตุ
ค่าที่ Outlook หรือ Mail Client อื่นๆ ไม่ถูกต้อง

ข้อความ Error
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at XXX.XXX.com.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

สาเหตุ
อีเมล์ของผู้รับเต็ม ข้อสังเกตง่ายๆ คือ “Recipient’s mailbox is full”

วิธีแก้ไข
แจ้งผู้รับให้ทำการลบ Mail ออก เนื่องจาก Mailbox เต็ม และทำการส่งใหม่อีกครั้ง

1. ที่ mail หรือ inbox เลือก options ด้านขวาบน
2. เลือก filters > edit your filter rules > new rule >
3. ใส่ Rule Name เป็น Spam Filter
4. select a field เลือก Subject > contains > **SPAM**
5. delivery to folder > spam หรือ junk
6. กด save > apply filters

โน๊ต:
- ข้อ 5 ในกรณีที่ยังไม่มี folder ให้สร้าง folder ขึ้นมาก่อน
- folder จะสร้างได้เฉพาะการ log-in แบบ IMAP Server

1. คลิ๊กขวาที่ Inbox เลือก New Folder > Junk E-mail (ถ้ามี folder นี้อยู่แล้วให้ข้ามไป)
2. เลือก tools > message rules > mail
3. ช่องแรกให้เลือก “Where the subject line contains…”
4. ช่องสองเลือก “Move to specified folder”
5. ช่องสาม กดที่ “contains specific words”, พิมพ์คำว่า **SPAM** กด Add, OK
6. จากนั้นอีกบรรทัดให้กดที่ “specified” แล้วเลือก Junk E-mail, กด OK
7. ข้อสี่ พิมพ์ว่า Spam Filter แล้วกด OK, เมื่อมีเมล์เข้ามา จะมีการย้าย email ไปอัติโนมัติ
8. หากต้องการ filter email ที่อยู่ใน inbox ปัจจุบันให้ check box ที่ Spam Filter แล้วกด apply now
